MTs Birthday Party!!!

Last night we celebrated MT's 4th birthday with a Luau at our neighborhood pool!!! We had a blast. We had lots of good friends from church and the neighborhood and we got to meet some of her new friends from school. It was a great time. My favorite line of the whole night had to be "This is the present I've always wanted". That was her response to everything she opened. I'm so proud of her. She was a very good hostess and greeted all of her guests. The kids had a blast. The pool was a great place to have a party because there was very little work involved.

School Pictures!!!

Today is school picture day. I know my children and there's no telling what they will look like by the time they take them. K-3 was going at 8:15, but that means MTS has to keep her hair okay for over an hour, not possible... So I thought I would take a picture of them this morning to remind myself that I did actually have their hair brushed and clothes ironed before they left...

1st Football Game

MRA plays our first football game against JA tonight. So all of the kids were supposed to wear their game day outfits. We will go the the pep-rally this afternoon. And they're really excited about that. Go Pats!!!!

Good Luck at School!!!

I just wanted to say Good Luck to our cousin MG who is starting college this fall. She moved in this past weekend and starts classes this week. I just want to remind you that I was 12 when you were born. How did you grow up so fast??? Good Luck with your first week. We love you!!!!!

Homework??!!

Well, MTS had her first project at school this week. She had to make a poster that told "All about me". The boys did this last year, but this was her first time. So we had fun digging through all the old pictures and finishing her project. I can't imagine how busy we are going to be as they get older. I'm not sure I'm ready for this whole homework thing. I took a picture and will post it as soon as I change the batteries in my camera.

We can jump off the Diving Board!!!!

We went swimming at a friend's pool this past week. The kids loved it because it had a diving board and slide. By the time we left the boys were jumping off the board and swimming to the side. I didn't tell them it was deep but I don't think they would have cared. They have really been swimming well this summer. Now, if sissy(MTS) would just give up her floaties.

School has Begun!!!!

Well we have made it through 2 full days of school. Everybody seems pretty happy. We started our new routine today. RHS dropped them off and I will pick them up. Boy was that hard!!!! He's a great daddy but I'm a little controlling. So, watching them back out of the driveway just about killed me!!! But, I'll survive. I really think this is going to be a great year for them. I'm tired and it's only Tuesday but hopefully we'll adjust. I'm proud to say that everybody has been in bed by 8:30 every night which is all new to us. Anyway, until next time.

Thank Goodness!!!!

Well, I'm proud to say that it was a good day!!!! The boys loved it and can't wait to go back. WS quickly informed me that he was a good boy at school and needed his prize. We don't bribe or anything HaHa!!!! MS really liked it too. MT was a little more reserved. I think she had fun, it's just all new to her. We have a few things to work on over the weekend. I don't know if I'm ready for 5 straight days of this. Oh well until next week. We're off to see Underdog.

1st Day of School!!!!

Well we started school this morning. They were really excited. A few tears(from their mama). MS and WS are going to 4-K and MT is in 3-K. They are going 5 days a week from 8:00-11:30. RHS is going to take them every morning and I will pick them up. I'm hoping to really get involved with their school this year. I know they are going to have a great year!!!! God has blessed us with these beautiful babies and he will take care of them. Here are a few pictures to enjoy.

We're going to Disney World!!!

We're so excited about our upcoming trip. The kids are really excited but I think the adults are more excited. My mom and I have been planning this trip since we got back last time. You see we have become Disney World junkies. The planning really is part of the whole experience. This will be our second trip to Disney World. We went in May of 2006. And we loved it so much that we're going back the week of Labor Day. I was looking back at pictures from our last trip so I thought I would post some of our favorites!!!

This afternoon they all got dressed up in old costumes. Snow White decided she would marry the pirate. I asked green power ranger to be the minister but he wanted to be the bad guy. Enjoy the pictures!!!

Our Family Business

Well, it's official my children are entrepreneurs. We set up our 1st lemonade stand today. Granted, Grandaddy was our only customer but we're just a start-up. Maybe the sales will be better tomorrow.

Cheerleader Camp

Our baby girl has entered the world of cheerleading. MT spent the last two days learning cheers, chants, and spirit dances at cheerleading camp. My mom, the boys and I all got to watch her "show her moves" today. It was so much fun!!!! The boys were really excited about running around the gym at school. Only 1 more week and they will all be going off to preschool. Where did the time go???
